All purchases from Concrete Jungle New York are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, fit, color preference, or other buyer preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact shop@concretejunglenewyork.com within 3 days of delivery. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Please do not send any item back unless you have received written approval and return instructions from Concrete Jungle New York. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If Your Claim Is Approved
If a claim is approved, Concrete Jungle New York will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
