Orders, Prohibition on Reselling, and Price

Pricing Policy 

Concrete Jungle New York will intermittently offer date-and-time-bound promotional discounts such as (but not limited to): Flash Sale, Holiday Sale, Weekend Sale.

The promotions are subject to exclusions.

All purchases made prior to the start date of promotional periods are not eligible for price adjustments and promotional offers. Discount codes and sales pricing may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases or existing open orders.

We do not offer price adjustments or promotion adjustments.

Discounts

All valid promotional or discount codes must be applied at checkout.

Only one promotional or discount code can be used per order. Please note that our promotional or discount codes may be country-specific and oftentimes are single-use codes per customer. Discount promotions apply to full-price merchandise only.

Product Information

Select product can be found in our full price stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the site may not be available in stores. The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered on the site.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to CONCRETE JUNGLE NEW YORK’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of CONCRETE JUNGLE NEW YORK through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).
