Shipping

For in-stock items, please allow up to one week for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page.

Preorder items: Preorder products follow the estimated shipping window shown on the product page. Preorder items are expected to ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim and contact our customer service team if you need supporting order information.
